Becker Model BE 1492 (1692 similar)

The 1492 was used in the 1994-1995 E-Class and S-Class.

The 1692 was used in the 1996-1998 E-Class.

The 1692 was used in the 1996-1999 S-Class.

AM/FM Radio, Weather band, Cassette player, CD changer controls.

The 1692 is interchangeable with the 1492.

Code:

• This unit has 5 digit code. Enter the 5 digits and push the Seek up button. The unit will automatically unlock. If you enter the code and it does not unlock, do not enter again.

• If the unit is in WAIT, it means you have entered the wrong code.

• Leave the ignition on for 15 minutes or 24 hours depending in how many times the wrong code was entered.

• Once the unit returns to CODE, you can contact Becker if you need to get the proper CODE.

Can be modified by Becker with an auxiliary input to accept an MP3 or iPod.
